Increasing party size in Bannerlord Online is linked to Leadership instead of Steward. For that reason, you can't gain Steward XP.

I don't believe a shield fits them, they ate horse archers afterall, so they'd need 2 sets of arrows. As for their melee, still not their intended use, but can't judge.

I've added information on recruiting troops, including nobles with an extra note on the Khan's Guard.

The only nerfed troops (according to my memory) are the Khan's Guard, which had their Glaive replaced with a spear, because they were OP. This was announced on the discord back in early 2021. Fians remain OP, but nothing nerfed there.

Anyone who is caught breaking the rule, will be banned for it. These are temporary bans with the duration depending on how often the rule is broken. You are far from the only person to be banned for this and you weren't the only person banned for that yesterday.

As discussed ingame, this ban was for standing on a roof during the bandit oppressor mission, using a place AI can't reach to get easy safe kills.

For weapon skills, both the amount of damage and killing influence the skill xp gained. Athletics/Riding seems to be based on damage, not sure if kills have any impact. Leadership is merely based on kills.

The activation code comes in a second email from "Bannerlord Online". Don't forget to check spam/junk mail.

Have you tried verifying your game files through Steam/Epic Games Store? Based on the error message, there seems to be an issue with the data within the game files. This isn't an error I've seen reported by others, so your installation seems to have an issue.

The Grand Sorter perk adds 100 to the Inventory Capacity. The brilliant Perk increases the second perk by 70%. 100 + 70% = 170. The perk is working as intended.
