Glad to hear it's resolved. Be careful not to buy more mules than you can effectively use. You need to level the Trade skill in order to use more than 1 mule, or have a companion with an active perk that lets you have more mules.

The shoulder pads actually hide part of the clan banner on the chest armor. It's more likely to be a diamond shaped part of the clan banner. If you look at the picture I posted before, you'll notice the head of the dragon being cut off as well by the shoulder armor.

That depends on the server and the player placed orders at the time. While checking the campaign map, you can right-click on a village name to quickly open the encyclopedia page for it and check the job prices. In case you weren't aware, that will hopefully make it easier to check prices.
