I haven't seen any feedback from any players on it, but do you experience these same crashes on those maps in single player or only in BO? Knowing could help narrow it down.

The next BO update should include a change to tournaments to discourage such behaviour. Right now the players with the most points move to the next round, the update should change that to making teams move to the next round.

That hasn't really changes. While we did have a double XP event with Halloween (and maybe again with Christmas?), Bannerlord Online was never meant for characters to reach everything as fast as in single player. A bit faster wouldn't hurt, but clan bonus and companion bonus do help out.

The version displayed is correct to play Bannerlord Online. Can you click on your name in the BO launcher and check that the beta is disabled.
