Hello. I can still log into my Bannerlord Online account and I remember my email. However, I lost access to my old Steam account that was linked to it. Now I am using a new Steam account and I get the message that my account is linked to another Steam account. Can you help unlink the old Steam account so I can use my new one?

There is no mechanism to unlink and link new account.
I understand that account linking happens only once. However, I still have access to my Bannerlord Online account and I remember my email. Account linking was introduced 2 years ago. Considering you've linked, it couldn't have been all that long since you used the old Steam.
My recommendation is to contact Steam and try to retrieve your steam account. I imagine you have multiple games on that account that you'd like to get access to as well.
