В таких ситуациях может помочь включение VPN. Можно обновить Bannerlord Online с помощью VPN, потом отключить и играть без VPN.

It's not really a solution. But you noticed right. If your inventory is overweight then you can't move. Also excess of pack animals can be a problem if your trade skill isn't high enough.
