There is no EN1 Server, it's just there as a placeholder for when they open it, they plan to open more Servers in the Future, just not yet.

I think that's more to do with How you can't load both Character Creation and the game world at the same time, I don't think it's something they have control over.

I have not experienced this, from what I can tell... you're in the server as soon as you enter the Character creation.

From what I've witnessed it happens when the first person that gets attacked by the looters Disconnects, and the battleground remains active, then you try to enter the battleground.
