    Somebody said pressing V in game will let you customise your character again, don't know if this is true though as i haven't checked myself and there's a few trolls about, i planned to check when RU1 is back online.

    yeah, there seems to be 2 things that cause it, I only know about the one entering battlegrounds because it happened to me once.

    Make sure you're running version 1.5.8. Go to your Library, Right click bannerlord, Properties, Betas, None.
