Turn off V-sync, Turn off shadows, use medium settings, turn off motion blur.

you're not running version 1.5.8 of bannerlord. go to "Library, Right click bannerlord, Properties, Betas, None"

there's 3 or 4 locations I think? the area in the image is spot for "North-East of Zeonica" try searching the forest, along or near the road on the way to Poros.

y'know what you didn't mention doing? Game library, Right click BannerLord, Properties, Betas, None. BannerLord needs to be in Version 1.5.8 it's also possible that you've installed the launcher into the wrong location.

try turning V-sync off.
