i bought the Patreon Lord bundle 70 hours ago and still did not recive a Code for the Set, i also already sent a e-mail and send moonlight.exe a text but still no reply.

Those screenshots confirm payment has been processed. You should have received both an email from Bannerlord Online and a DM on patreon with an activation code.
