Sounds like something isn't allowing your connection to be established. Likely caused by a block in a firewall, either on your end or even your internet provider. You can try restarting your computer to see if it helps.

8 download attempts...in the firewall, all permissions are enabled.... the Internet is working properly.... why can't it just download the files to the end? only 1.3 gigabytes is so little, but it can't download to the end and such an error comes out!
