Cant transfer troops when upgrade count is bigger than troops count

I left some troops in town and some of them deserted due to low morale. Now i wanted to get them back but it seems that some of the upgradable ones are now stuck with a "ready to upgrade" counter bigger than the troop counter and i cant get the last one back.

This happened because the number of your units wounded and the number of healthy units changed due to the treatment, causing a warning window to appear.
