Permanent Ban Appeal Form (Last chance application)
This form is intended for players who have received a permanent ban and wish to request a final opportunity to return to the game. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that your ban will be lifted.
Eligibility Requirements
Before Submitting an Appeal
- To be eligible to submit this appeal, your permanent ban must have been issued at least 3 months (90 days).
- Appeals submitted before the 3-month waiting period has elapsed will not be considered.
Before Sending Your Appeal
Please make sure that you:
- Understand the reason for your permanent ban.
- Accept responsibility for your actions.
- Have read and understood the Bannerlord Online rules and policies.
- Are prepared to follow all rules if your ban is lifted.
Appeals must be sent exclusively via personal messages to the Bannerlord Online Support account (@bannerlord_online_support) on Discord.
If you are unable to send a personal message, please send a friend request to the Bannerlord Support account instead.
The review of your appeal may take up to 7 days.

2. Reason for the Appeal
Please explain:
- Why you are requesting another chance.
- What circumstances led to the violation.
- Any additional information you believe the administration should take into consideration.
3. Acceptance of Responsibility
Please describe:
- Which rules you violated.
- Why your behavior was harmful to the community.
- What lessons you have learned from the incident.
4. Future Commitments
Please explain:
- What steps you will take to avoid violating the rules in the future.
- How you intend to make a positive contribution to the community.
- Why the administration should trust you with another chance.
Appeal Guidelines
- Be polite and respectful.
- Provide only truthful information.
- Do not shift the blame onto other players or the administration.
- Write a detailed appeal to clearly explain your situation.
Review Process
When reviewing your appeal, the administration will consider:
- The severity of the original violation.
- The sincerity and overall quality of your appeal.
- Whether the minimum 3-month ban period has been met.
- Evidence that you have reflected on your actions and changed your behavior.
- Your willingness to cooperate with the administration and to answer any additional questions if they arise.
If your permanent ban is lifted, any serious violation in the future may result in a final permanent ban without the right to submit any further appeals.

- You have read and agree to the Bannerlord Online rules.
- Your ban has been in effect for at least 3 months.
- You agree to comply with all future decisions made by the administration.
- You understand that the decision regarding your appeal is final.
- You understand that any serious future violations may result in a permanent ban with no right to appeal.
