I cannot enter the game steam problem

ERROR SAYS: Your current Bannerlord Online account is already linked to another Steam account. To access the game, you need to re-authorize it in the Bannerlord Online Launcher using the correct account.
But i did just use epic before that and connected via steam right now but it says this. how to solve the problem any admin can help? because i dont have any idea another steam account? maybe one time i was playing geforce now with this game with some kind of ?
how to solve help please and i cannot access any other steam account because i don't know.

or im gonna start new one if thats not possible
