How do you customize clan banners? add more colors/shapes/etc..

So I've been recently been trying to finish the clan creation quest and tonight I completed it. One of the requirements is to make a banner and I'm just wondering how do I paste a banner code like in the campaign.

Congrats on finalizing the clan creation quest.
As for the banner, it's not possible to paste a banner code. Banners have to be made manually using the ingame editor.

Components for banners have to be found as rare loot, but servers tend to have pieces (colors/pattern/symbols) available for sale in Zeonica at the Decorator.

Yes, banner creation is only manual.

Some things can be found at decorators. And as SyncWolf mentioned above, this kind of loot is pretty rare. Usually can be dropped in FrostLands mostly.
