character creation screen crash

bannerlord 2 crashes when i click next in character creation screen and the application faced a problem comes up. i do not have any mods installed i have deleted all bannerlord files and reinstalled it and verified files. i have also tried running it in administrator, reinstalled direct x and nothing seems to help.
