Can't complete tutorial?

Hey guys, it's not showing me godrik or the hideout when my friends who started the same time as i have can see it.

Any way i can complete it? Or have i done something wrong

(Yes i have done the quests correctly to be able to get to the point)

Make sure to check your journal. Godric and the hideout can be either west or east of Zeonica. West being south of Alsasos and East being close to Tarcutis.
