If you have actual proof of this (chat logs, or such), then by all means share it with the admins or moderators. But if there is no such thing, you should note that slandering is not okay.

This is a known bug that all players run into. The developers are working on this issue, but it will take some time to fix.

Bannerlord Online is being developed as a MMO style. As development progresses, more features will deviated from single player. Having private servers, specially small ones, would not be ideal with the mod.

Good to hear you're no longer having the issue. The error message itself can occur when the connection between the player and the server is failing. This can indeed be an issue server side, but can also be caused on the player side. (for example bad wifi connection)
