you get leadership points for battles ... the more enemies you kill, the more you gain ... look at leadership exp bar, after each battle you gain some exp, when is bar full, you get one point

you can buy bows from traders in towns, many players sell them ... not all bows require skillpoints for use them ... search and you will find :)

check your ping after battle crash, in my opinion it cause a bad internet connection combinated with a large number of your troops, when I disband all my units, it never happend again in battle ... I play alone or with just a few elite units now

go to trader in that city where you buy it and sell your items

we have balanced troops, I have sturgian heavy axemans a havent any problem with looters

no, now it's ok ... 3,000 denars for 50 troops / 1 day isn't much ... you can take more packages of cargo at once and earn it in 15 minutes, or destroy 4-5 big parties of looters, or complete quests for the artisan ... if you can't earn enough denars for your party, you can hire only 10-20...

Getting xp in arenas is a bad idea. Each player will have 150+ skill points within two days and it will ruin the game. Skill points are now rare and its fine. It would be better if they put an entry fee into the arena. 50 denars for fight, 150 for win.

I tried it today and after 5 quests you have cooldown for 1-2 hours and then you can take another 5 quests. It's not a bug.

You have to complete the task you have to be able to take another.
