My friend tuk was banned when you cleared the forum of spam. Apparently an error occurred and he was banned along with spammers in the topic in which he wrote messages. Please check this and cancel the ban.

u can’t even imagine how annoying it is to get banned for helping newbies with advice on the forum.
He is not a newbie, he has been in the game for almost a year and is level 33. And now he can’t log into the server. And this is doubly offensive, because an update is coming out soon.

I removed account ban. Tuk should change his password. He was banned for posting spam messages on forum.
Guess someone hacked him to do these malicious actions.
