Troops and companions disappeared.

After finishing the Occultist's battle, opening the inventory to get the war loot, I confirmed, and the moment I clicked to return to the castle, I realized that it was too heavy and my troops and companions disappeared. I don't know exactly what could have happened. But I lost everything. I would like to know if I could replace this loss?

I have already notified the community manager about your Discord post made yesterday. She will be able to look into the logs and restore items/troops. It's possible she may ask for more information.

Unfortunately I can't say when she'll be able to assist you with this.
