I've lost 20K because of trade licence bug... I've bought basic licence and only options which are available is to remove product's or take profit's from sale... but ridiculous thing is that i can't put up nothing for sale because this option in window doesn't exist. After that my licence expired just 20 minutes later.... I had bought this basic licence twice, so that is the reason why I had lost 20k...
Is there chance to restore lost money for my account?
