Subject: Steam Account Already Linked to Another Bannerlord Online Account

Hello,

I previously played Bannerlord Online using my own Steam account. I purchased Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord directly through Steam on July 9, 2026.

Recently, I wanted to play Bannerlord Online again. Since I had forgotten my account username and password, I used the password recovery option with my email address. I successfully recovered my account and logged in.

However, when I try to enter the game, I receive the following error:

"Your current Steam account is already linked to another Bannerlord Online account. Please log in with the correct Steam account to access the game."

I have only used my own Steam account to play, and I have not knowingly created another Bannerlord Online account.

Could you please check which Bannerlord Online account is linked to my Steam ID and help me regain access to my original account?
