Renew clan flag

I can't renew the clan flag.
i have raw silk, velvet and other patterns background etc.
But when i talk with boris for change the clan banner nothings happen

But when i talk with boris for change the clan banner nothings happen

In order for Boris to switch out the banner, the banner needs to be both designed in the banner editor (B) but also crafted in the Banner Editor, which will consume the Velvet and Raw Silk.
