I passed through 5 khuzait towns and it was full with khuzait footmen and spearmen. Everyone buys all the nomads so every town is just full of infantry.
What is the point of providing tier 2 outside of taverns when going from tier 1 to 2 is so easily done. All you are doing now is keeping people from training khuzait cav and allowing people to monopolize nomads.
