Player Face Model Reset After Update

I'm an avid player on the NA server and I was proud of the Khuzait / Mongol prince face and build I made for myself and was doing a partial RP. After the recent update I noticed that my character model of both face and body was reset to the default one. I don't know if others have had this problem but I am keen to restore my face model as I had spent a lot of time making it.

While it's unclear what is causing it to occur, it may be useful to know you can copy/paste your appearance like you can do in single player.
