my Character reset

hey guys dose anyone know why my character has been reset everything is gone its like having to start all over again

it's because this is Rus Server 2, Server 1 is under maintenance and this is the backup server.

Well, expect to lose all progress very regularly, reguardless of server. This is not a dig, that's just how these things are.
