I checked all the servers right now. All servers are working great!
You all have the same problem. Wrong game version. (82.7)
correct version 83.0 ( 83.0/ e1.7.0.302472)

and i have no idea where to download new version 83.0 ?

I did not have such a problem, it just (automatically) downloaded the update to Steam.
The launcher was updated without problems, when entering the game, and everything works well.
(upd:
I can't say for sure,
but in the past, when people had problems updating the launcher, they used a VPN and it helped!)

I don't have this problem myself, so I don't know the exact solution.

This error occured because the launcher failed to download the latest update. You can follow the steps below to manually update the game.

1. Download the zip file from the WeTransfer link.; https://we.tl/t-w2i2cod4t8
2. Go to your "Bannerlord Online launcher" folder. There should already be a numbered zip file here. Write down the number.
   - This should be something like 1441855476 or 4058684187.
3. Replace the zip file with the one from the download and rename the zip file to the number written down in step 2.
4. Manually extract the contents of the zip file to "\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\BannerlordOnline".
