Hello i have been banned in bannerlord II server i didnt get any reason and i dont even know why i got banned

i was just talking in the server then sum guy showed up he was making some jokes like about jews and called me goy all i said was XDDD and other stuff not offensive like i told him but i dont wanna smith cuz am doing no smith playthrough now hours pass by i went to sleep i woke up i didnt find the server i tried to join it again it said i got banned but i didnt get any reason my email is taimmakemreh@gmail.com .... my dc is vixximk
