Crash after character select

Check the attached image, this just started happening after a fight with looters that i won and got stuck in a pause mode on the travel screen

While you mention it occured after a crash, it is a file conflict normally assosciated to installed mods for single/multi player.
I recommend first trying to verify your game files through Steam. If that doesn't help, check which mods you recently installed through either Nexusmods both also Steam workshop.

I Removed all my mods from another collection on nexus and it worked

I am having this same issue and no luck. I've deleted all other mods and verified files for the game and still getting this same error.

Make sure to check steam workshop mods, these can not be deleted and have to be unsubscribed instead. Otherwise Steam eill just doenload them again.
