cannot connect to game with epic games

What should i do? I did play BO long ago with epic game account, there was no a problem.

Indeed. Unfortunately Epic Games doesn't offer account verification that is required for BO to avoid account sharing or account selling (which was a very real problem). Steam is the only platform that allows third party games to verify if the used steam account, which BO uses to confirm it's the same account.
