Can I create a private server? And will there be more diverse servers in the future?

1. Now you can't do this. Maybe it will never be possible.
2. This is the early access version. And only one server is working. Server Ru 1. (due to early-access). Later more servers will be added when mod will be stable.
3. I understand that you want to have asian servers, but it isn't possible now. Maybe later. Also we don't have enough asian players. Most of our players are from European countries, Turkey , the USA, Russia.

I really thinks that for a game like this private server would be really nice for player that want a friends only experience.
Of course is still EA so there are more important stuff to do
This whole mod is being specifically developed to cater to the developers' MMO vision. There is at least one other project that is working specifically on coop.
There is a mod called "Bannerlord Coop" under development, but they haven't reached a playable state yet.
