People probably have clanless alts training troops anywhere and attacking caravans and spying etc.. PvE clans wouldnt change much here.. If it is issue then fix could be - to disable trading with PvP clan and PvE clan people.. but then again clanless alts gonna be used so no point in both...

It might be "cosmetic" BUG afterall. I noticed on payday wage number is always lower than what UI calculation and SUM shows. But i cant confirm 100% it calculates correct as I change upgrade party so fast.
