Those dungeons are single player indeed. Your friends won't be able to join in those dungeons. The only co-op missions atm are the black claw and bandit oppressor .

The beta version contains quite some changes in preparations for the DLC. As Moonlight said, BO doesn't get updated to work with beta versions. Even after the update goes live as official release instead of beta, it's likely BO will need quite some time to adjust to the update 1.3.
