Hello thanks for the reply, I solved it by joining server 2 and it appeared for me so i no longer have the quest -

Met all requirements by the quest, however every time i go to the location directed the person and bandit camp im supposed to find is not there, ive seen many other people go and complete the quest but it seems mine is client side bugged
