The opening quest of the great house

Am I meant to bit all 50 bandits with only 6 men?? Can I team up?? Is this a bug??? I have tried so many times and can only manage to kill like 30 bandits.

This mission was planned to be co-op, but due to a bug they instead released it as a solo mission. The difficulty for this quest has been reduced to compensate for having to do this solo.

Although it is possible to complete the mission, it is a very challenging mission. It will be difficult to undertake if you do not have the right troops and/or strategy.
