Will add as I find some interesting:

1. Player Trading Stalls-Let us buy or rent a licence to make a stall or use the current ones to make own shops (when you press E and pay, you get option to put stuff on stall for custom amount, then if other people press on stall where you are they get window like NPC)
2. Blacksmithing needs to come back (probably you work on it) but with more unique weapons items
3. Let Players join factions- (probably you wokr on it), let us join and wage wars someday to make own factions or if possible outposts that player own that can be taken by other clans/players
4. Local Chat or Proximity chat- When players on world map can see each other they can read text or maybe a text bubble above or a ! to give people near by to pay more attention to text window

6.Different quests in villages- try making quarry, wine fields and others
7. Penalty for Dying- Reduce XP or skill points and 10% chance to lose items and gold
8. Gold Cap on people who aren't in faction or faction leader- This would prevent people to just hoard gold and buy everything they need and then just snowball over new players or casuals
9. Prisoners of battle- Give us a % to capture wounded enemies and sell them for low amount of gold or let us have them as slaves and send them to work in villages for small pay (example: 1slave works 5 min and gives you revenue randomly depending on which task he was doing plowing, harvsting watering,etc. Each slave sent will increase amount received with a cap of let say 10 per village, after you receive pay they dissapear until you put new ones)
10.Working in fields should have different rewards according of how long the task take do finish: Harvesting is most lukrative but not hard to do and it takes 5 strokes it should be the least. Watering takes the most time to do and most work and should have highest reward. This should be like this from highest to lowest payed acording to time it takes:
a)Watering
b)Plowing
c)Planting
d)Harvesting
11)Arena should not be accesable to players to fight if there arent at least 3 people qeueing. It's really easy to win 150g per fight if you fight alone against bots
12)If you join another player battle and don't at least knock or kill 1 person, don't reward them with 10 moral.
13)Reputiation with cities- This would reduce cost in the market and reduce the trade permit or hiring soldiers
