My singleplayer and multiplayer are super laggy

My singleplayer and multiplayer have been super laggy ever since I have downloaded Bannerlord Online. It is only Bannerlord Online that works completely normal for me. Has this ever happened to anyone? Is there a solution?

Check the game settings in singleplayer/multiplayer. It sounds like you have 2 graphic cards and it might have switched them to the wrong one for SP/MP.
