You can choose a new server to start a new game. But you will have to start your passage from the very beginning!

If I understand your question correctly, you re-installed Bannerlord to a different location and need help pointing Bannerlord Online to the new location?

If so, re-installing Bannerlord Online should make it find the new location. If not, check if all the files are gone from the previous location that Bannerlord was installed.
