Install the latest Windows Updates

Download and use the Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool.

Enable and disable .NET Framework

1. Type Windows Features in the Search bar and open the top result.
2. Find and unchecked .NET Framework 4.5 and .NET Framework 3.5.
3. Click OK and restart your PC.
4. Once the PC restarted, Open the Windows features and turn it on again.
5. Try to launch Bannerlord Online again.

Try running native Bannerlord.

• If the issue is also present in native Bannerlord, try re-installing Bannerlord.
• If the issue does not appear with native, try re-installing Bannerlord Online.

I've suggested some steps on the discord bug report you made. In short:

Run the System File Checker

1. In the start menu, search for cmd and run this as administrator.
   
2. Type in the command: "SFC /SCANNOW" and hit enter. Wait for the results. It may repair some files if a corruption is detected.
   

Ensure all necessary dependencies are installed

• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015
• .net Core
• .net FrameWork
• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017

Installing .net framework solved the problem, i also run the cmd command for the scan afterwards. Redistributables were already installed for 2015 and 2017.

Thanks for pointing out the dependency.
