These are issues related to graphics. Although there is no universal solution, I would first recommend going to (C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord) and deleting the "Shaders" folder. After that, you will need to verify your game files.
Other solutions include;
- Reducing FPS to 60
- Disable overclocking of Graphics Card
- Disabling Shaders in Nvidia Control Panel
