Crash is most likely to happen after battle when the loot screen is supposed to come up. (80% of the time it will crash to desktop)
It can also happen when leaving town, ( about 50% of time)
After I crash once, it seems to always crash again when rejoining server.
Sometimes I have periods where there is no crash for a few hours but today I have been crashing all the time.
Fixes that I have tried.
Fresh install x 2
Validate Game files,
FPS capped to 60
V sync and AA off
Audio threads to lowest
Graphics to lowest
Fixed corrupt system files in case it is CPU related
I have been monitoring my hardware stats and since capping the FPS, my CPU has been steady around 40% with the odd spike to 80%
No sign of RAM leak or problems with GPU.
I am wondering if there is issue with my character save?
I have also uploaded the log file after my most recent crash
