I am getting Newtonsoft.json error, I need help

I am getting such an error. I deleted the game and reinstalled it. I disabled the firewall and did everything but I am still getting the same error. I deleted the watchdogs and tried but it didn't work. What should I do?

I recommend deleting the Newtonsoft.Json.dll files found in the below locations, then verifying game files through Steam to re-acquire the deleted files.
