Error 5: Access is denied.

So i registered then download the BannerlordOnlineSetup.1.exe right? so far so good, however for some reason doenst let me instal the online version and keeps giving me this error; Error 5: Access is denied.

any ideas what to do?

run it as admin, my brother had the same problem but after he run it as admin it worked fine
