Hello, Bannerlord is the exact type of game that i absolutely love, With that being said i have put time into thinking about suggestions that could be added down the road and improve the game play.
I have been playing games like this one for over 10 years, starting with total war series into the original M & B and games like Conquerors Blade and Blood of Steel.
Suggestions:
1. Scouting (A certain amount of scouting skill in order to Hold ALT to reveal the detailed information on players across the world map troops details etc...)
2. Camping (The ability to create a small encampment anywhere on the map to revive troops faster, prepare defenses for incoming attack) 5 minute timer
3. Tactics ( A certain amount of tactics skill in order to unlock troops formations from the F1 keys etc....)
4. 2 city exits ( For example if your a hardcore pvp clan, and you have been chased into a city by 5 players, They might surround the city and wait for you and they will know which exit to block, if there was the option to exit from 2 different sides of the cities it would increase the chance for the player who is 1v5 to escape and actually have a chance.)
I had more i just cant think of them right now, except i do have 1 more thing to add....
Clans:
Currently the clan system and open world pvp is perfect, this game is like a medieval military simulator if you think it or not....
with that being said, if there is different clan options added to create a clan that is invulnerable to attack from other clans i will quit the game. 1 person quiting is nothing. but i guarantee you there is more players like myself who agree. and if you let the population of care bears who want to PVE to over weigh the hardcore players who love pvp then even if we are outnumbered your medieval game will fail because this is a brutal medieval game not a care bear simulator.
Instead make the entire area of Zeonica / The Empire nutural
a non-fighting zone with little reward and if the players who want to cry about war have a problem with war they can hide in this non-pvp zone with little reward.
im sure many other things can be thought of besides adding the ability to create a clan that does not interact with pvp.
