How to switch picked Perk ?

Hello all , I have a question is it possible to switch a Perk I have picked. I want to change Perk 'Fundamentals of medical care' to 'Paramedic' in Medicine tab .

I do not believe that is a feature yet although there is a reset button at the bottom of the character screen. It doesn't do anything yet. I would look for it to be added later on. In the meantime, keep grinding.

just like in native you have to deal with the consequences of what you skill into.

This button resets the changes before you confirmed them. It's not supposed to do anything after that.
