How do I get more inventory capacity?

I got a horse and thought that would've bumped it up a bit but it didn't, what can I work towards getting a large inventory?

Mules man. Mules work differently however. You can use one Mule by default without incurring the speed penalty. Two with the first upgraded perk in the Trade skill and three with the final perk. This speed penalty is balls. You can't move at all with it. Hope this helps.
