There is any effect when choices "Follow me" or "Leave" ? Because if I choice leave nothing happen. Thats why I always choice follow me and discard him.

If you want to complete the quest, you'll indeed need to choose "follow me". Though it is recommended to leave the companion inside the prison until you've cleared the way out.

I always do this. I just did not get it the choice "leave" if is not change anything.
