Help for village
This is an infinitely repeatable quest in which you have to resell wheat from a village to its bound town. As the location for the village is random across the map, it may not be worth doing this mission considering its low reward. This quest is part of a rotation of quests available from the thief.

Speak to the Thief
Go to a tavern and speak to the thief. If you have no other active mission from the thief, there's a chance he will grant you a random mission including the mission to help a village. This quest is offered when the thief says "One of the villages needs help. If you are interested, I can tell you more. The location of the village will not be disclosed until you accept the quest. Replying with "No" will reject the quest, in which case the thief will offer a chance for a new mission after 5 minutes.
Talk to the Headman of the village
Travel to the village mentioned by the thief and in your journal and talk to the Headsman. You can hold Alt to quickly find the headsman when in the village. The headsman wants you to buy the wheat from him and says you can sell it to the bound town for profit.
Talk to the Trader in the town
After picking up the cargo, you have to deliver it to the Trader located in the bound town. The cargo can not be stolen from you, so there's no worries about getting into trouble. However, the cargo is fairly heavy, so you should deliver it while you're nearby.
