Popularity of the mod differs per region. EU server has high activity, NA is doing well. RU and OCE are a lot smaller.
The installation is fairly simple, you'll need to download the installer from the homepage here. Install the launcher in a location of choice and the launcher will then download/update and install the required files automatically in the Modules folder of the base game (where all mods go).
