    Why not use taverns, pay and stay in tavern will make you heal faster, pay more for your units to stay in tavern they will heal faster. or just add NPC doctors in town, healer in village to help your units heal faster ofc you have to pay them. Doc more expensive but faster healer cheaper but...

    NO ping got nothing to do with it . Its bug If you go solo in to battle enemy units will not change from range weapon to mellee as long as they have amo , BUT you need to get realy close not to get shoot, even then there is a risk that the opponent will shoot from the side. 70% of time you die...
